What are you clinging to, that comes in the way of you realizing your actual potential?

Whenever you encounter blocks, or feel a sense of resistance in doing something, ask yourself “What do I have to lose by doing what I am doing?”

The answer will give you insights into what is holding you back – the things you are clinging on to. These may be attachment to people or material things, or memories of past experiences, good or bad.

What you do with the insights will determine if you are courageous or timid.
