Integrity: the state of being whole and undivided.

Quotient: a degree or amount of a specified quality or characteristic.

There is no intelligence in Intelligence Quotient (IQ) designed by the fragmented thoughts of humans, for, it divides, differentiates and compartmentalizes people based on a set of standardized tests in a world where no two humans are ever alike. Strange, indeed, that nobody has ever questioned and rejected it.

On the other hand, organizing ourselves on the basis of “integrity” will be an infinitely better option for the entire ecosystem, of which humans are a part, as we will be whole, undivided, complete and one with nature. 

It’s time to reject intelligence quotient completely, and embrace INTEGRITY Quotient as the way forward.
